At ONE END, we design our activewear to endure your highest performance. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations or fit perfectly, we are dedicated to making it right.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email/whatsapp unboxing videos and photos, and our team will assist.
  • Return Charges and Refunds: Reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be made for the entire order. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid
  • Discount Revalidation on Partial Returns: Some discounts apply only when your cart meets a minimum value. If you return part of an order and the remaining items no longer qualify for the original discount, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. You’ll be refunded the difference between what you paid and the corrected price of the item(s) you’re keeping. ONE END reserves the right to adjust refund amounts accordingly to prevent discount misuse.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
  • Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you for future purchases.

  • If any availability issues arise with the requested product, the product amount will be refunded after deduction of reverse shipment fee of ₹100.
